Arrival and departure:

• • Our Active Homes are at your disposal from 3 p.m.
• • On the day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 a.m.

Tourist tax

• • The local tourist tax is not included in our rates and amounts to €3.00 per day for every guest aged 14 years and over.

Cancellation policy:

Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal for hotel bookings, we accept cancellations on the following terms:

• • 3 months or more before arrival we only retain the deposit.
• • From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
• • In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge the booking in full.
• • Any cancellation fees will be set off against the deposit.

Other important information

Pets

Only small or medium sized house-trained dogs (max. 20 kg) are allowed in some of the apartments und suites, by prior arrangement and for € 25.00/night (max. 1 dog/apartment). If you are going to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking, so we can make sure that one of our dog-friendly apartments is available for that period. Otherwise, we won’t be able to guarantee availability on arrival.

Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, but they are always welcome in our bar and restaurant.

Smoking

Please be aware that all our apartments are non-smoking facilities. Thank you for understanding!
